About the Artist
My name is Lena Meltsina. I come from Paris, France. Since a young age I have always been a very creative, artistic person and a dreamer.
Early on I decided to follow all my dreams and try anything I set my heart on. Today I'm not only a Paris-certified stylist, but also a model, artist, singer for Warner Music France, actress, artist, photographer and mom. I work with very diverse mediums and techniques.
They can be paintings, clothing, accessories... but there are probably a few overarching themes that exemplify my style of work: it's femininity, sexuality, sensuality of subjects, and color combinations. And of course my special feature is my application technique ... When I create a painting, it has to be fluid and multi-dimensional.
I like working with fabrics, lace, rhinestones, feathers ... Each painting has its own history, reflecting part of my soul and mood at that moment.
All my female images have details of the body hidden under their clothing.. Like a secret that the owner of the painting may discover if somehow over time the fabric peels off. He will have a new painting of a nude model, and he can decide whether to dress her again or not.
Life is a very interesting thing. As they say, you never know where life will take you .. But I always knew that I would come to America ...
